Learn how to create a simple travel art journal
Play tourist in historic and hip Petaluma
Enjoy good food, good company, and art making

This fun workshop combines travel journal making with a tourist treasure hunt. Simple instructions and techniques are followed by free time to explore scenic downtown Petaluma to bring back material for a Petaluma travel journal. Home base will be a private room overlooking the Petaluma River at the River Front Café (224 B St., Petaluma). No prior art experience is necessary. The workshop cost is $50, and all materials are included! Space is limited, so please be sure to R.S.V.P!

More Info: Bring a smartphone or digital camera to take photos and an umbrella as needed. Good walking shoes, sunscreen, and a hat and/or sunglasses are recommended. All materials are provided but bring favorite pens and markers if you like. Bring money for lunch and beverages (cost of workshop includes one hot beverage). Plan to eat lunch at the scenic River Front Café. They have a Mediterranean menu with indoor and outdoor dining. Park at the all-day city parking garage one block south at 1st and C Streets.
